And you think a full strength Kurama couldn’t push them away? And Kurama is widely known and said to be the strongest of the tailed beasts. Why would you be more scared of a weaker one?

So if it’s just one he could most likely hit it back accurately. The shukaku seal thing is proven by the usage of Desert Layered Imperial Funeral Seal in the show. Ok since 4 messages is so much. You can counter all of the tail beast bombs with very little chakra using that mirror technique and the personal dimension of the three tails is also extremely useful. Also technically Kurama could just bash them back like 7 times faster than they were launched at him. The one that has steam release could very easily make a form of flight and massive high concentration of steam would disrupt any flyer. 6 tails could probably cover the whole sky with his massive bubbles to stop the carpet bombing. Shukaku with someone who is good at sealing would also be extremely strong and could probably seal bijuu very easily, could very easily become the strongest aswell if you become a master of seals. Weakest is definitely the two tails but seven tails definitely isn’t the strongest.

Like yeah the seven tails could zoom around and keep trying to carpet bomb but if all of your attacks are met head on and they are using a shit load less energy then you then they will win.

In my opinion the three tails is the strongest specifically for the water mirror jutsu. That can reflect any attack right back at the opponent even if they are a lot stronger then you for basically no energy

So the seven tails definitely isn’t the strongest.
