Ever heard of the saying 'A legendary general can die to a stray arrow'
As you should.
That's his dead sensei's arm dude.........
Oh, I see. Well I don't think they'd have a choice, trying not to think about something is the fastest way for it to enter your mind. Sure, give a few years and those memories wouldn't bother you as much. but they would never fade, the Sharingan records everything in perfect detail. For the main character of this story. Eventually the memories of his squads passing and what he saw in the realm of provocation will stop being a focus. He'll either get over it or something new would take it's place as a focus. Whether that is a good or bad memory? Well who knows?
Valid argument. But, he wasn't described as battle damaged. Just hanging out having a cup of tea. The commander of the army, right after a big battle. Wasting time waiting for genin to return from the battlefield. Knowing all that, and possessing eyes that can tell chakra levels would lead anyone to the conclusion that this was indeed a clone.
Sasuke is the epitome of traumatized. It literally took him decades to get over the death of his clan and Itachi's death. Especially after he awakened his Mangekyo, literally went insane for a few hundred episodes. The Sharingan records everything good and bad. Many characters have referred to it as the curse of the Uchiha. It's just that Sasuke is a secondary MC so we only see it from the outside where when we see Naruto, we see all of his demons from every perspective.
How have I never noticed.
True, but the eyes can tell chakra levels. If you notice an S-rank shinobi like Sakumo with barely a quarter of his Chakra, then you'd assume he was a clone.
Military Rank, but he would most likely be a chunin first.
Novice spells are actually super cheap, depending on your speech level. Things start getting super expensive when you can buy expert level spells. Some cost almost as much as a house. while a novice healing spell is worth the same as an iron greatsword.
