More like acceptance of normality of this issue. Most point based system ff's feature like strength 9 stamina 7 lets say author gives 4 points for upgrade based on numetrics. If mc just train few weeks/months he easily make str 12 stm 12 and use points when he is on bottleneck, his stats will be 16-16 perfect run in game words* BUT he immediately use points on shitty like excuse no ı must use it on stamina for training issue.(Later on mc will be nagging about improving further 14 to 15 etc. Or reader experience MMORPG ptsd aka me) Which is dumb and easy-lazy path. Most min-max maniacs like me ignore this problem. I hate the stories about this MISTAKE where mc use his points before bottleneck or use points on immediate gains nvm ı talked to much. U are loved+ nobody point it out so shut up update
