Urm, idk if u r up to date with one piece, but gear 5 luffy kinda kurb stomps naruto with baryon. Even if u agregu no, this isn’t even luffys peak. As for having same price diff ratings. ranking is based on combat of the world, op is higher. The price is same due to the versatility of the naruto characters. Sure one piece has df but u can only consume 1. In op, physical strength, haki, df, martial arts and weapon. That’s all u have. Naruto there is so much more so mc went that path. But dw, future will have other worlds
