Ok, at this point, I already stopped reading and I'm not aure what chapters my evidence lay at. But he already got beyond 1 level in proficiency of his skills. He even upgraded his skill after he maxed out his proficiency. Yet, he cant use previous skkill. He also have a passive from a weapon which give 1 proficiency for each time he activate his skills (this was co.pletely thrown away ** forgotten). In general, the author gives him tons of skills with active and passive effects and ends up not putting it all into consideration.

use '....... fool...' when they talk internally, it's confusing when both internal and external thoughts uses the same apostrophe "......fool..."

This is just terrible here, it's just an unnecessary bad forced situation, this could have been handled much more better and it it flow smoothly.
