he can easily get Ddraig's powers by entering the taming contract with his host. So who would he need to use Ddraig too? It's just a waste of resource. If he gives it to someone else, then he gets a strong ally as well as freely getting Ddraig's powers. I don't see why you would be upset.

Especially the commoner devil are oretty innocent. The majority of them have never gone out the Underworld ever in their life. They are just trying to live their life oppressed by the real DEVILS (evil nobles).

I think I had mentioned that his mother was an orphan and she was traumatized because of the supernatural, which also caused his father to hate dealing with anything supernatural. Despite this, he still had to make dealings with the Agares devils. Saki's father mentioned it and said that because of her trauma, she never talked about her background with them. Maybe she had told Kouske's father about it in private. They assumed she had a supernatural background, probably from a magician's family. I didn't include much info on this and left it as such so I could use it in the future. But the Satan won't find anything about his mother after so many years...
