Robert would kill Stannis before allowing this to happen , assuming she actually Survives the childbirth. Theres also the fact that she ran off with rhaegar and sparked a war. even if she survives Ned would realistically never let her leave winterfell or sell her into marriage again.

she already has 2 kids and is married to Rhaegar, Robert would never allow it assuming she actually survives the sack of kings landing. (She is also barren and unable to have any more kids due to her weak body)

Valerie Tepes, would be a great story Arc by saving her after taking over the Vampire faction in DxD world. plus her sephiroth grail is OP and super useful.
