Sorry about that. In a sense, he wanted to theorise the possible colours that are not visible to the human eye, after the colours of the rainbow. Shortest wavelength that the human sees is about 400-420 nanometers, which is violet. This was more of a pseudoscience to the colours that are less than 400 nanometers.
