That really is a weird question. Let's see here, even in the anime we know madara was too busy to think about woman so i would assume no as the create of this fic I've decided that madara hasn't had any relations with woman. It's more of a mix and mach he acts like madara sometime but he has his moments you will see

The only thing i wrote was he has a jutsu that translates for him and changes his speech i didn't say he doesn't know any langauges.
