So far, the biggest question on my mind is if Oleandra’s past incarnation(likely as a certain Arthurian character) also had the inheritance of the stars. Or whether Oleandra (as the current incarnation) exists as the first whole union of those two powers.

Considering that she is also within Marvel, she should get herself infected with the Extremis Virus. Also for a more in depth rational for how she is the perfect host, you could potentially explain that, as her being a mutant and that would be an aspect of her power. This would help to add a smooth consistency between the respective canons.
On the screen, one could see Bel's unconscious body lying on the ground, and in front of her, there was a trail of destruction. The steel floor and ceiling were completely twisted and torn, as if a bomb had hit the place. And in the midst of that destruction, there was a puddle of flesh and black blood. Ginny had also been the one to push them to make the journey a few days in advance, seeming awfully keen to bring Stacey along with them, which just happened to be the cure for her curse. Something about this whole situation didn't seem right, but Oleandra couldn't tell what it was.
