Now that I think about it, it stated in the earlier chapter that emotion and imagination is at play when undergoing an awakening, since the mc doesn't want to experience the horrible things that happened to him is prolly why he aquired a time and space related ability.
There were currently only four other known Anomalies in the world, making me the fifth...and the first of the North Quadrant. This is...pretty fucking cool.
