Translation and updating is very good. Rest of it at best is ok. Character design is poor. Character's monologue is really a mood killer. And world background, it's difficult for me to relate to it, because I don't understand Chinese and don't watch Chinese movies or dramas, so Chinese name and background looks foreign to me. it's awkward 😕. I hope to read European/Indian medical novels.

if he was not a 1 year old child, this story would be a top class fiction. It's disturbing reading about a 1 year old child maiming, killing, upgrading body parts etc. it'd be great if there was a time skip and then these events.

these things from a year old child doesn't make sense, especially in a medieval society, they would drown/burn him thinking him devil spawn.

common people are cannon fodder in ASOIAF world. No one is good there. maybe some lords or knights stick to their principles but that's not being good. MC's character doesn't suit that world. only by forcing events and making no sense, you can make it work.

just ask that you can easily get to the peak level of everything in your race. if you are godlike strong, then many crisis and plot etc in your novel will seem pointless.

I hope characters don't turn into non human. and aren't too overpowered. instead of getting younger it would have been better if they aged slowly from their current age and gotten their peak body back.
