love this update I can't wait to see the aftermath of the raids on the other guilds. Will they get more world items from the vaults? Also how will the new world look now that the guild Slaine will be taken out which I assume was the start of the country slaine theocracy?

So far I am loving this story. It's a somewhat unique take on the person being reborn in overlord fanfic. Instead of just having the mc join the guild and hitch a ride to the new world without changing much of anything or only adding a few npcs and floors to the tomb he is actively making changes. He became the guild leader, changed the name, brought in more members, worked with the guild to gain more powerful items and in the process made more enemies causing the raid on the tomb to be expanded and the meaning behind the attack to change

Dude I don't know who you are but this story is a masterpiece in my opinion please keep writing it. Also I really hope that the core members all make it to the new world. Also I think it would be interesting if before the game ended our MC told his closest friends about the transfer and got their help to change up a few things with the npcs and guild base but thats more just my fantasy so I don't think it will actually happen

sorry about your brother but thanks for keeping up with the story I find it interesting! I was wondering about when he'll go back to meet with his friends in Europe again as you mentioned last time he was planning to do that. Also I think it be cool if he saw some other supernatural creatures in America that might get killed out before modern times or something to explain why they aren't seen. Perhaps mermaids or fishpeople

i know this is late but quite frankly I hate this! One of the main drawbacks of fighting yourself in this way is that it's as much an emotional battle as it is a physical. Literally all the criticisms from the evil Shawn were ignored or ineffective while the trash talking was just that trash talking there was no real truth behind his words. The mc should have faced his demons about the people he killed or let die or about him trying to learn to control his anger or the mishandling of his butler or any number of things but instead it was just a bunch of "your a loser who doesn't fight like a true assassin and me overclocking the galvanic state which will put more strain on my body and energy reserves when I'm in long drawn out battles is clearly the intelligent move." Seriously the mc wasn't even really phased in fact this evil Shawn reminds me more of a troll on the internet who can only say you stupid while giving no real explanation which is annoying but not much else. Also I feel like the mc should have won the fight as he was fighting smarter by limiting the power to outlast his opponent which should have worked and been the correct answer. Honestly this whole scene bothers me as there was no growth or true problems it was just sudden mental space with no clear explanation as to why or what imbalance there was in the guy.

One why does he care about his brother he gave up on his parents pretty quickly? Two why doesn't he modify the shield to work or change it to function differently as it seems to be something useful? Third I think he should be more worried about darth vader and should be doing more to prepare for it namely I think he should be trying to make some devices to help him against fighting him as he often goes to mechanics when he has an issue? One idea would be an emp similar to droid popers form star wars the clone wars or the naboo palace defenses from star wars battlefront 2 ea, And fourth and final question how much does the mc know about the star wars universe?

Here's a thought for you: Colt should try to make an emp of some sort similar to the droid poppers from star wars the clone wars or the Naboo palace from star wars battlefront 2 campaign in preparation for fighting Vader again or any other droid like threat. This would make sense with his personality of making devices for his survivability as well as make his next fight with Vader more fair and realist if he can use it. At the end of the day this is just a thought and do with it as you will.

Why is Colt so focused on his brother? He discarded his parents easily so why? I have a few ideas but I'd like to hear your thoughts. Isn't part of the trial supposed to be about the pain and the ability to overcome it? If they are just going to stop before he breaks then how can he push past his limits like a trial is supposed to and if afterwards he forgets it anyways there was no point to tempering his will and resolve as he would have forgotten. Not to mention if he can just forget it might as well use magic to block his pain receptors in the first place.

I agree. Honestly I hate it when authors purposefully nerf their characters and that's what this feels like. I mean he literally had the power knowledge and preparations to take full advantage of this and the author said that's not interesting time travel for x reasons.

So does he have a level limit and what is it? And did he get rid of these levels for a different reason
