Tobirama was a menace to his enemies but in the canon it was never shown thet he had anything but complete devotion towards konoha in his heart. He didn't like uchiha but he still created the police force for them. Of course i don't have any problem with how fanfic writers create their own au with their interpretations but canon is still canon

yeah orochi was hated because he used village children for experiments, tobirama probably only used enemy shinobi

i think @reevoo meant that earth grudge fear nullifies that downside entirely

yeah the author must have confused the insight of sharingan with that of byakugan
