I was really surprised when he got enough law points to achieve a lot of breakthroughs, but of course the author thinks it's funny to waste the points this way. I don't even bother reading the rewards since I know he will draw the worst one anyway

What's even the point of adding this prize to the pool when we all know he's gonna draw the worst value anyway. If the author feels generous, then at most, he'd give him a slightly better template...
