( Hope not , because some authors did that and dropped,realising about Naruto vibe lost after that). Lee have mutated chakra ways so he can't use jutsu. But he still can use chakra manipulation ( walking on trees, walls and water, 8 gates too) so technically he can do rasengan, chakra mode( raikages ultimate jutsu) 7 breathe jutsu ( grey haired guy from sand village ( like 8 gates but you just breathe and concentrate chakra in your veins)) ,cover his body in chakra and make it like owl wings for silent movement and even tsunades mighty punches. Also lee can use bukijutsu (even madara, hashirama ,tobirama, hiruzen used weapons) lee can cover weapon in clean chakra or elemental chakra (wind,fire, lightning) ,chakra flying slash like samurai do in iron country.
