You should read "One Piece: Deriving All Things"! It has some flaws that yours doesn't have, which everyone praises compared to other fics in this site, but compensates for an actual story with mc really exploring the world, using meta knowledge to have Skypiea as his own main bases, granting power over dressrosa back to the old royalty to have them as puppets disguised as allies, or using the more obscure metaknowledge like the immortality-granting pure gold in one of the movies. He creates a lagacy & legend that the main young casts whispers about like folktales, and I especially like their reactions when they actually meet him as former marine turned pirate with an immense bounty.

It's sorta/kinda like exposure therapy. Like how when you watch the same jumps carefully again and again, you eventually get bored of it and don't react at all.
