Dude, literally in the first 2 episodes of JJK it's said that Sukuna was a human. He became a curse after the heian era when he reincarnated as a cursed object. If you're going to write about this era, knowing about Sukuna is CRUCIAL.

There are many types of heavenly restrictions, take Mechamaru for example. They are not limited to just the Toji/Maki type.

I know, the point is Ginkos sense of touch and Gojos godlike sight shouldnt be compared, they are both too different in terms of utility and overall strength.
