yess everything you are saying can be true if they were trained in other villages like hidden mist where you need to kill your friend/ classmates but you need to understand that konoha is soft on the academy student you need to understand like how sakura and Naruto were in anime on their frist mission they would have been killed if not for Kakashi and noir is acting like 20 years old yes struggle can make you mature early but it can not give you experience of 20 years that's why it's suspicious hope i cleared my point đ
