while i did not see your last comment, i must inform you that many animals have an internal compass based on the magnitic thingy the planet prorduces (doves as an example) if the author said something like "wait, why do i know where east is... eh, dont care" then it would not have been an issue

after 13 chapters we are back to hinotori not that im complaining about the 13, they expanded the world rather well

she seems depressed. with a month (give or take) time frame i would guess that the reason is becouse she lost hinotori. i doubt it was because she lost her mother, mainly because i dont think she loved her (especialy after what she did to hinotori)
Thinking about how a man was more beautiful than her made her strangely angry so she returned her gaze to Kana. She was about to argue with her, but eventually the anger just left. It’d been weird, but in the recent days getting angry was practically an impossibility for her. She’d found herself caring less and less about a lot of things. It was hard to pinpoint when this started, but she’d have to say about a month ago.
