Dropped, thought this had it all till she appeared.
Here we go again, another story where a curious and annoying female character encounters the main character.
The only thing I really don’t like about the novel so far.
Will the main protagonist, who is technically the strongest hero, end up attending the academy after his death? I’d like to know beforehand so I don’t invest time in a story that follows the common trope of an overpowered character hiding their identity from family and taking a predictable path for the sake of the plot. I’m trying to stay engaged, but it might be difficult if that’s the direction it takes.

I had high hopes for this book, especially with its overpowered main character returning home, but the “evaluation” trope really fell flat for me. I was hoping for a fresh twist, but instead, the protagonist gets the lowest rank once again. It feels like a recycled plot point just to extend the story. Up until that part, I was really enjoying the narrative, but the predictable evaluation scene took away from the excitement.
I’m really impressed with how the world-building has been unfolding, along with the depth and complexity of the power system. The MC’s development has been fantastic, and I’m thoroughly enjoying each chapter.
Thank you!
Is this a single female lead or a harem? I’d like to know before I invest my money and time into this novel, as I generally don’t enjoy harem elements and prefer stories that focus on deeper character development and relationships
