So kind of touching on my other response (Ik u commented this before my previous reply) but this is the first "test" of many. It's like an unsaid game of chicken that all of them are playing, even if some don't know it

I've actually just tweaked some of the mcs thoughts so it's more direct, but basically if everybody has noticed the same as the mc... it's more about why nobody has said anything. That's more of a question I wanted the reader to think about, as you obviously have, but I've now addressed that in the story too
