As for those who where quirkless or possessed a weak quirk? Well they were just ignored, just another person you passed on the street. In the little research that I have been able to do I haven't been able to learn much. A couple of things that I have learned are the fact that I have knowledge of things from years in the past, such as a couple of video games such as Devil May Cry or some weird game called Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion. I still have no clue what exactly is causing me to have this information but I have it and it's getting annoying not knowing.
