Looking at my hands on instinct I call out my blades, coming out from them are three steel-sharpened long knives. Using my other hand I run my finger across the blades, I can feel this is very real. Plus running it along the sharpened edge cut down to my bone which I noticed was the same steel-like metal before immediately healing shut. i dont understand why does he always have low chakra pool? wasn't chakra pool supposed to grow as he trains ? in this case he'll never be truly powerful and just another wasted shinobi... at this point his chakra pools seems to be even less lower than genin the way you are portraying
