Wasn't he supposed to be a nerd on earth? I read slime and immediately thought of at least three stories I've read in the last year where slime's and Kirby are essentially the same thing. A universe devouring, immortal, apex predator.

a fae like character would be a rather appropriate absolute being and an excellent addition to the demon butler trope. Ray does need a figurative angel on his shoulder still especially after losing his emotional depth.

not necessarily, the class is all about being an unknown. killing off an identity should just increase that mystery. it would mean all the secrets of that identity would die with it and because they aren't really dead he could make them appear at critical moments like a guardian spirit only raising more questions and uncertainty.

all iIknew was that the Goliath sized leaps of logic used by Rey and Adonis were dumb and I was going to judge you as the author harshly if it wasn't something else. that being said we are a ways into this and it's pretty clear at this point when you're begging us to look away from your hands so you can switch the proverbial cups.

personally if i were Rey, I'd arrange to become Ralyks' deciple and make a show of passing the mantle of power to the Rey persona before fading Ralyxs' away like a Jedi. that way the sins of Ralyks go with the persona and he gets a convenient excuse to be powerful.

ok, so I'm mostly on board with this being the regression skill however, while '3$$!0n' literally spells out 'ession' iIcan't make heads or tails of what the first part is so I'm not convinced this isn't a double bluff and it not something else that would include regression as a meer portion of its meaning but maybe I'm just overthinking it since all the names have been roles spelled in reverse anyways.

i just finished the 3rd arc I think and the world is fascinating. I love how the characters have developed and interact and the writing has been on point since very early on. I highly recommend giving this one a go.
