I agree that he didn't have any options left other than to die, and I don't blame the MC for that. But that doesn't mean I have to like or agree with how it was written. It's not just this single scene either, there were several frustrating moments even before this. The MC isn't really the problem here; the author is. No one forced the author to write the story this way. He had complete control over the narrative and chose to create these situations himself. What makes it even more frustrating is that We are expected to accept this scenes even tho we dislike it simply because the MC was written into a corner. The author then tries to defend the MC by saying things like, "Give him time" or "Wait until Arc 2 to see his intelligence." But that feels less like a defense of the writing and more like shifting the blame onto the MC while absolving the author of responsibility. And no, I'm not expecting the MC to be some flawless mastermind or an all-knowing villain from the start, I just expect a bare minimum level of common sense and have enough intelligence from someone who has lived two lives. Is that really too much to ask??
So even after almost loosing his life because of this fox jinyue, he still made her his women and simped for her in future????
From which chapter is Arc 2??
The focus should be on becoming strong enough not to die, not on empowering everyone else so the protagonist can keep dying and getting resurrected. also Author don't start to manufacturing deaths solely to show off the resurrection mechanic.
Seraphina this Seraphina that, just argh!! Can't just relationships be natural and about love, why make it some kind obsession and simiping, I just don't understand
what does it mean?
No main character ever gets in through recommendations. They always take the entrance exam.
