The environmental descriptions are oddly detailed; from the angle of objects relative to each other, to the number of cabinets. It’s vivid, but weirdly specific.

Great leadup and finish in the story! I loved it. Also, I noticed some typos in the text. You might want to run your text through spellcheckers and register names as valid words. It really helps when you have characters with long names.

Really amazing work! I loved the gritty, dark undertones from the sci-fi mixing itself with the fantastical elements of the world. Really looking forward to seeing that Marine saved too
