If you are referring to Khan, yes, he is an Appoplexian.

A voice bellowed with laughter opposite Kevin's direction.Kevin paid no heed to that jeer shot at him at simply rubbed his temples as if to soothe his pain. He opened his eyes and noticed that he was in a holding cell that had a see-through door that covered the entire opening of his cell and just a few other cells around like that. It didn't look like the normal plumber cell holdings that featured many cells like his in a building. He deduced there weren't more than ten cells here from the pattern he observed.

Ohh. Whenever he uses Void Flames, his countenance changes. The hair on his body become red and his soul gains more yang energy by leaps and bounds.
Anyway, only the strongest werewolf clans remained undefeated and still rule the central states. And this fella in front of me definitely looks like them. He is even giving himself away with that long white and black hair. His composure reeks of royalty scum, he is probably being prepared as next in line for control of one of the major central states. Maybe even two! But shouldn't he have guards around him or is he trying to prove himself to his pack? The behaviours of this werewolves have been studied by our behavioural department. I'll just let this kid follow me and finish the job in the elevator. Once he is inside, nothing can protect him anymore.

Kevin took a chance to get info on how to bring his late master back. The philosopher's orb is any truth seeker's wet dream but there are conditions to using it and three different purposes for using it.
Kevin let a vein stretch across his forehead to hold back his anger. His master had taught him to be patient and concentrate until he reached the level where he could just exist and observe energy circulation and cultivation happen naturally in his body. He continued again for a full day this time around, and some of the alien mutations were no longer visible, but he still looked like a chimaera of sorts.

Indeed, that's the variety of life.
Instead of harbouring hate towards Alex, he simply felt that he had lost two important people in his life. His personal philosophy was not giving energy to something negative so he left it at that. He had tested his philosophy in his head by imagining someone killing his family and him meeting the person during the act. He thought about it for a while before concluding that he would only do what was necessary for the killer's life, but he would not spend energy to hate him for it. He always thought he was weird thinking that way.
