Satellites would definitely pick up Superman’s movements, or in this case, our main character's, since he isn't even at base Superman level yet. While Superman is incredibly fast, our character is currently operating at only about 25% of Superman's base power, which is one of the weakest versions of him. Given this low level, I highly doubt he would be able to avoid detection.
