how tf a count is considered a minor noble? look at how high it is in the rank - royalty - duke - marquis - count - viscount - baron - baronet - knight that make it the upper four in rank, sure it's the lowest in upper rank but it's still be considered a major rank, heck, why do you think a viscount rank exist? it's to help the count govern their territory, some count even have more than one, then having a bit more than a handful of baron, dozen of barony and hundreds even thousands of knights and you call them a minor rank family?

there are 3 points where things goes wrong for konoha : 1. the zetsu point. the thousands years old history behind it and the larger cosmic scale politics of otsusuki related scenes 2. tobirama point. first, his extreme racism. the dude hate the uchiha so much it creates a weakness for konoha in the form of the old advisors, hiruzen and danzo. second, he create many game changing jutsu, his most MVP of a jutsu is the Edo tensei and all the trouble that came with it. and third, he spearheaded wood release research, possibly erasing the senju with it. 3. Minato point. the dude was so afraid of changing history and was too naive to seal his memory. of course, considering he heard this from Naruto, who have limited understanding of the matter, he wouldn't be a able to change a thing but still. so yeah, even if minato is at fault, his situations isn't the same as the other two. there's no need to feel guilty about it. of course, now that he got the relevant informations from kaede, he better be wisened up, cuz there's no more excuse of being naive
