I think I get what some of the sentences mean, but

like I said he doesn't lose points if the system doesn't take them away, the whole point of the system are the mystery boxes and that he doesn't lose his stats through his life even if he grows old

well he can't really lose points unless the system takes it away as a penalty so🤷‍♂️
