But they admitted to previous offences or something, I'm not really sure how it all works out, while this couldn't normally be used in a law setting due to the fact that it may have been recorded illegally (as most school prohibits the recording of others without their consent) it can still socially ruin them if you spread it on the Internet anyway (This is all from my subpar understanding of the law so it's probably false)

Except it's not really a quirk, it's his system, While I understand how it can be viewed as a quirk by MC, it has no physical triggers wich almost all quirks have. Hence why Quirk Singularity results into an overwhelming growth of the body where the Quirk Factor resides

It's "obviously" a he yes we know. The narrator doesn't, hence the use of they/their etc until he's recognised as a boy. Not even talking about the gender construct, ts has been a thing for hundreds of years.
