There are some incidents where shaggy did something superhuman similar to how ashe can hold pokemon that weigh 50+ kg easily. Not to mention there was that one episode or movie where magic/hypnotism was used on him to make him fearless/not a coward and he suddenly beat up an entire saloon bar filled with biker gangsters. So people made this whole fun idea of shaggy is holding back bcz of his fear
