Well Arthur and Molly Weasley weren’t in the original Order of the Phoenix. But Molly’s twin brothers were part of the Order and they both were killed by Death Eaters.

Not really since LexCorp is private company/startup it doesn't listen to shareholders/public stockholders. Lex owns all of the company I think since he doesn't need co-founders or venture capital firm backing.
