He had a skin that was lighter than hers, like the god's she had once met. When he looked down at her, she felt naked in his gaze, but within that same gaze she felt something familiar. Perhaps all gods were the same, perhaps they came from the same source, perhaps the familiarity she felt was due to that reason and not because she felt she had met a god like him before.

I said, not hiding the dark glee I rightly felt, "I've got plans for you big guy, big plans" I proceeded to carefully separate its head from its body, taking extra care to not damage the nerves and other required organs. All the while it kept crying and screaming; saying how his dad was gonna come for me and whatnot. It did finally shut up when I liberated it's head from its body.

In particular Tan'ya had had strange recurring dreams of talking to Visha, sometimes in a cave, sometimes in a tent, and even out under unfamiliar stars or wearing armor like a teutonic knight of old. Obviously they weren't real, probably just meaning Tan'ya missed the one friend she may have made in that awful war.

"Done, Boss" she replied. An image of purple haired woman with a deeply orange skin and green glowing eyes occupied my screens. A holoimage was projected, giving even more in depth detail to her form. Her hair was short with the sides faded, almost like an exact copy of mine. Her body made up of a hot orange hue of flesh with numbers and codes running beneath the layer of skin and across her deep green eyes.

Only, the responding officers were female and proceeded to fawn all over me, insisting on paperwork that they needed to help me fill out. Thus I spent the following ten minutes in their car, being swapped from one lap to the other as they 'checked' my statement. And cooed over how 'cool' and 'cute' I was.

I go power active, with a major EMP throughout my range. I'm pleased as the defences falter, the pulsing electricity killing vital circuits. Heh. These are his original defences. From before I came into the public view. No EMP hardening. I can't expect he'll have much that will be proof against EMPs. Not if he was busy making that pain amplifier for neutralising me instead.

So I've met both the American Ambassador and the French Minister of Defence in separate meetings, including a conference call with the French President. Not a name I remembered from history, but then this world's politics have been different from my last one since WW2.
