Sometimes I feel like the damage Roger’s last words caused to the world more damage than world government caused in the last few centuries. He basically bought the golden age of piracy, meaning more pillaging, robbing and massacres. pirates like Red hair and straw hats are far and few.
Roger was just a nut-job. An irrational and emotional person. Maybe over emotional, as he can't even control it. It would be correct to say that he took his revenge on the world government and achieved something that no one can. But, for greater reasons, it might be too far apart from him.
