Throwing daggers could match his martial arts, with ODA and VOID technique it would be a 100% accuracy in mid-range. Then for close range he could use tonfa weapons .. Ok it's not really punch, or palm attacks but still close, and he could stay quite free with the rest of his body ..

I understand that they are superhuman but going faster than the speed of sound at the first level of power .. isn’t that too much ? When he will be on squire lvl he will be able to go what 3/4 or even 10 times the speed of sound ? Then what about sage level ? He wil go up to light speed ? .. Superhuman, yes, but please, don’t go overboard ..

But in the next chapter, he said that he didn't recovered all his mana .. So i guess on my previous comment it's the first point, or the author doesn't follow his rules ^^

First : If we take 1 point of focus = 1 point of mana per hour, 8 x 12 = 96. Add the meditation bonus : 96 x 2 = 192 points of mana in 12h. That doesn't match. Second : If we take 1 point of focus added double the previous recovery rates, then 1 focus points = 1 mana points per hour, 2 focus points = 2 mana points per hour, 3 focus points = 4 mana points per hour .. then 8 focus points = 128 points of mana per hour. He can naturally recover 128 x 12 = 1536 points of mana in 12 hours. If we add the meditation bonus 1536 x 2 => 3072 points of mana in 12 hours. That match !

I guess there is a mistake here. Isn't "Lugh's Lament" => "Grendel's Grotto" ? On the last sentence. You strip the control that Grendel have over "Grendel's Grotto", not "Lugh's Lament" (that doesn't exist anymore by the way..).
One, I could keep Grendel alive in a vegetative state while I toured the lower floors of Grendel's Grotto, but that would be a temporary fix as the dungeon would eventually heal its master. Mind-controlling the monster had a similar dilemma, and I didn't have the 'Domination' spell in my collection of known spells anyway. Option three, Imprisonment, was also a no-go because I didn't know the Academy's campus enough yet to have found a prison that could hold a dungeon boss. Frankly, the fourth method, which was also the easiest method to use, was to simply beat Grendel and bestow its authority over Lugh's Lament on another monster of similar strength. - Allchi6mthReplied to Raenatta
