I think that would be ideal, but with Kenjaku already in the Shinobi world, it’s not feasible. The manga makes it very clear that Kenjaku doesn't cling to his life; he simply seeks amusement and entertainment until someone far superior kills him—and he doesn't even care about that. Kenjaku has done everything a human can do; he has no regrets, and he says so himself.
