well it is up to them whether they will continue to go through it or not because the start of the novel is what separates those average and those who are worth your time not saying your's was bad but I'm saying that those novels that could capture the readers interest in their introduction are what made them popular in the first place you can't expect them to stick around because it meant you failed to capture their attention take Lord Of The Mysteries for example it has a really really slow start and quite a lot found it boring and drop it but those who stick around read a really amazing novel and honestly i also found it boring in the first time i read it but i stick through it because of how good the mystery, the world building, the power system and, the interaction of the characters and by the end of volume 1 i feel like someone punch me in the gut and by reading the following volume i found out that volume 1 was just the foundation for a really awesome adventure that blow my mind and if this novel is as good as other's proclaim it to be then it has potential but still depends on the execution and the consistency of the quality of the novel whether it's gonna rise or fail

i think it has to do with the "causality" because if you did things that if did things that only him see and benefited from then the way the system alter reality is just around him and their are no other factor like other people

it doesn't it calculates/predicts the possible outcome through the information he have like how you know that there are 50% chance of getting a heads or tails in a coin flip
