An amazing slow burn story, glad to see it finally get the good reviews it deserves. Saw some comments about it being too depressing, and to their credit the first thirty-ish chapters are heavy due to the mc's situation. However if you appreciate a story that takes its time and an mc that works his ass off just to scrape by, this is right up your alley. Anyone that wants an immediate power fantasy, self insert kind of story will not enjoy this (as seen in with the numerous amount of readers that called the story 'trash').
