Genuinely love this story, it’s got a nice amount of spice and sass from the characters, making it very entertaining. I get so tired of the helpless heroine tropes, so this is refreshing. I also enjoy seeing how Glimmy’s writing has evolved from their other books. 100% recommend.

Oh gosh, I so hope so, I want to see Eve be the strong woman we've seen glimpses of. I'm excited to see her finally stand up and fight back for herself. The story is amazing so far ♥️♥️

So my question here.. is Eve just going to gloss over the fact that she remembered Felicia clearly said “this wasn’t the deal” when she gets accused? Or that she clearly didnt hear a babies heartbeat from her.. im guessing those things are going to get glossed over… and she’s going to spiral

Oh for the love of god.. please tell me she finally tells him the truth instead of continuing to lie to him. After all this, I hope she can try to trust him.

I love the book and it leaves me wanting to know what happens, the slow burn is nice at first and the character development is amazing. Unfortunately in recent chapters it just seems to be dragging, whole chapters are inner monologue or brief exchanges with no actual advancement. I love how raw it is, but I would like to see some advancement in the actual storyline instead of 10 chapters to move ever so slightly forward into the story. Still absolutely amazing how much feeling the author poured into this and it’s a great read.
