Im reviewing the novel, criticizing it. It's my opinion. Why are acting so butthurt when this isn't even a book you've written? It's just a Copy and Paste of some random MTL. And even if you've actually written this, my arguments are still the same: Repetitive, no character development, unrealistic, poor grammar, etc.

This is NOT an original work. This is a Machine-Translated Chinese Novel. I had my suspicions before, but around chapter 80/90 Weibo, a chinese social media, is mentioned out of nowhere. The quality of the story is already extremely below average. There's no character development, only NBA games consecutively without any focus on the personal life of the main character. The games themselves are full of unrealistic plays, exaggerated "commentary", and constant mentions on how the MC is a center doing 'guard-like' plays. Literally every other paragraph goes like this: "It's impressive that he, a center, can do this." and "Is he really a center?!" and "He is a center but shoots like a guard!!" every f*ing time. Overall a very disappointing experience.

So Pau Gasol passed the ball to Kobe, Kobe had enough time to look around and make the decision to pass the ball back, the ball gets deflected, players fall and stabilize themselves before finally getting up and grabbing the ball... and yet there's still 3.8 seconds on the clock when they start running? Grammar is extremely awkward, characters reactions and actions are extremely over-the-top, dialogue/thoughts are very cringy, and the main character is supposed to be a 27 year old GROWN MAN in the body of a 5 yo kid, but acts and thinks just like a child would. His mother is initially portrayed as this amazing woman that stayed with him when everybody else didn't (in his previous life), but she just comes off as an abusive and aggressive person. First thing she does in the story is to "Furiously yell" at her 5yo son and hit in the face because he committed the horrible crime of forgetting to brush his teeth before breakfast. She then proceeds to keep "Angrily yelling" at her son and husband. It is also mentioned that these beating are very common in their household.His dad... well, honestly the dad is very normal.The MC is a child. Literally and figuratively. He's supposed to be a fully grown man, but has extremely childish actions. He arrived at school and got 'In a trance' after seeing the beautiful young lady at the door, blushing as she smiled at him, forgetting to talk/move (27yo btw). He then proceeds to get lost on his thoughts while his coach is talking, only responding to him when another kids nudges him on the shoulder, which results on him being on the bench. The writing and pace of the story are strange. The writing seems rushed while the starting plot is full of filler, creating this big contrast that just doesn't really work for me.

Just seems like a horrible mother. He's a 5 year old child. I honestly completely dislike her.
