I think that once you create one clone, you and your clone have at max 50% of your chackra reserve and if you create 2 you all have 33%
Isaac's chakra reserve is naturally nowhere near that of a Jonin. However, who said one has to create all the clones at once? I know but its hard to write in general but even more for RI fanfic cause you need to find name for everything and the canon novel has many world building holes.

Yuzhe didn't fear for his life because he know he can get away if the situation where to become problematic. While the ROB didn't give him a choice on anything, outside of his willingness to reincarnate or sink into the void for eternity, he did give him a Golden Finger. Primordial domain let you become a Supreme in your main path, but i supect that if yoou stay long enough you could reach Supreme in other path.
