Well from what I know, Sennins (Sages) should be humans who practiced long and got in tuned with nature granting them the ability to use senjutsu. An example would be ascetics living on mountains. Though that's my version of it, don't treat it as canon.

Overall, the chapter is good. But there were larts where in my opinion, the dialogue were a bit...stiff or out of character. Like where the villagers initially called Citrinitas as Milord but he said to drop it. I think, the villagers should somewhat hesitate first before they agreed since they see the mc as their savior. But the way it was delivered, they were decisive to change their way of calling him like there's no hesitation at all. There's other parts that's a but stiff tol but as I said, the chapter is good.
