Well… thanks for the story. It was good up to this point, but honestly I’m dropping it here—I won’t even bother reading any further. I thought after what happened in the village and the trial there’d be some improvement, that he’d get smarter, but nope—he just keeps getting dumber. Seriously, he insults a princess of an empire right in front of her father and the whole court? You’ve gotta be an idiot. It’s like everything that happened, all the maturity he should’ve gained from going through that hell, was for nothing… ugh, I had such high hopes for this one…
can You stop the ai from change the names ?
The main problem this novel has from the very beginning is that the author doesn’t seem to understand that even a fantasy story needs some level of logic. You can’t just write random, nonsensical events and expect the reader to be the one who makes sense of them. And this happens in nearly every chapter I managed to read. I understand that writing isn’t easy, but at the very least, there should be some basic internal consistency. For example, the MC randomly runs into the Demon Emperor in a forest for no apparent reason or explanation—just so the plot can conveniently activate a power that allows them to merge their souls. Then you have the MC at five years old, with terrible stats and no overpowered abilities, somehow fighting a demonic commander and an assassin. Meanwhile, his parents—who are S-rank—are kidnapped and almost killed by that same assassin the MC can supposedly fight. And to make it worse, when the assassin’s stats are revealed later, he turns out to be ridiculously weak. Then there’s the MC’s special ability, which completely destroys any potential suspense because it can solve basically any problem. The author tried to “nerf” it by making it require points to activate—but surprise, surprise: whenever the MC is in danger, the system conveniently gives him exactly the number of points he needs to use the ability, with zero justification. And all of this happens within just the first eight chapters—and I’ve only mentioned the most obvious issues, not even the smaller details that could maybe be overlooked. Honestly, I don’t recommend this novel. It feels like one of those older Chinese web novels where the entire universe bends itself around the MC simply because the plot demands
