I mean, they were being more detrimental than useful. They were essentially just tailing him and destroying any enemies. Aswell as probably sending reports back to his father. It wouldve seriously stopped any good quests to progress cause he cant move, and he wouldve lost serious EXP by having his enemies secretly disposed of

true, honestly i think this is one of the most realistic cases of the mc being able to do 100 pushups. he isnt reincarnated, just has the memories and a system of somebody from our world.
I can't practice my firebending here (obviously), but I can't slack off either. So I can only go to my room and do some physical exercises and I hate to admit, but I love firebending much more than physical combat. Sweating from your fire and from your straining muscles is just different. I can get creative with my firebending and try new things but my katas and workout routine are the same will keep being the same for a long while. Just plain boring compared to firebending.
