you have magical durability , riddler doesn't. use your surrounding instead of getting in a slug fest. being theatrical is alright but being half cocked is bad. should have broken his hands or legs or aimed to break him from the start. dc as you know, that the villains never fear or hesitate to fight the heroes because they are confident that they will be the one trying to crush the heroes and not the other way around.

just a thought but i have really been wanting to read a fic Centering around the punisher of marvel or someone that molds Himself akin to the punisher. maybe an si into punisher with a simple power or system or just and alternate punisher that gets a power or skill.

of course you don't like the one good option but the next best is the mc leaving and figuring out solo only with goal of getting even better and coming back to finish the story in a sense.

the mc is clearly superhuman. the question is does he have meta knowledge like memories of his past life, comics, movies or animes(mostly asking because of Orochimaru)and secondly will he become that weird sub type character that feels grateful and indebted to his bullies and tormentors and stay as Ra's lackey or will he kill them the moment his training ends or leave to get stronger with the sole goal of killing them.

does the marvel Hercules have any similarity to the real one or the movie one cause fights aren't just physical. it's mental too. and using water has more avenues than just water falls and tendrils.
