The characters have great depth and verisimilitude: they grow and develop throughout the narrative, facing or accepting their limitations. Relationships are also complex and described in a very constructive way. The story is mainly about the two main characters (Maxi and Riftan) who try to build a deep relationship, in which, however, there are many uncertainties related to their personal insecurities, but each pushes towards the other, exposing themselves and seeking dialogue. The events they face are also very compelling.
