If that's what God is sure, but generally religions claim God loves you, created humans, and views all humans as thier children. Which if you put it in our understanding, killing or not saving your child's mum so they can "grow" is pretty sociopathic. Thier are arguments to be made, for the progression of human kind, like illness and death bring advancements in philosophy and technology, so a God could be grooming humans to live on thier own, similar to how Tolkien in Lord of the rings portrayed gods, though leaving your kids to die to a dark lord angel you made is also kinda wild.

stop reading ff. remove electronics from your bedroom. sleep with a schedule. walk 20m + a day. brush your teeth, shower, drink water. Get a hobby that forces human interaction, could be anything, sports, drawing classes, card games, chess at the park. start small, set goals, even if that's just a 5m walk, or going to see a relative instead. Take on some responsibility, a pet fish or volunteering at a animal shelter, soup kitchens ect, knowing someone is waiting for you, and needs you. If your work situation is causing your mental health to suffer, its time to look for something else.
