It would, every Asgardian god's own personal force.... It would make a much better distinction between Royals and commoners when every Aesir get Viltrumite powers, Gods would have an extra GodForce which could wreck the Viltrumite powered Asgardian army in case of rebellion

had to make a choice....and Viltrumites are the only somewhat remotely functional empire among them all.... Besides, for the army of Asgard, Viltrumite powers are very strong, but not unreasonably overpowered, making them the best option
